What is XXII Ritual?
XXII Ritual is a monthly self-care subscription that allows you to spread the cost of your treatments. Your monthly payment becomes credit that you can use across XXII Aesthetics, PMU, and XXII Ink whenever you’re ready.
How does the credit work?
Your Ritual credit is added monthly to your balance. If you don’t use it straight away, it rolls over — nothing is lost. Your credit stays there until you choose to book.
Do I need to book every month?
No. There’s no pressure to book monthly. Many clients prefer to let their balance build and book when it suits them.
What can I use my Ritual credit on?
Your Ritual balance can be used on any treatment or tattoo at XXII, including aesthetics, PMU, and fine-line tattoos.
Will I know how much credit I have?
Yes. You’ll receive monthly balance statements so you always know exactly how much credit you have available.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. If life gets busy or circumstances change, you can pause or cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. Any remaining Ritual credit will stay on your account and can still be used on treatments.
Are Ritual plans refundable?
Ritual subscriptions are non-refundable, but all credit can be spent on any treatment, so your balance is never wasted.
Is there a joining offer?
Yes. New members receive £10 bonus credit each month for their first 3 months as a welcome bonus.
Do Ritual members get any extras?
Yes. Ritual members receive exclusive freebies, extras, and occasional perks, plus birthday credit depending on their plan.
